Unplug the headset before cleaning. Use a dry, soft cloth for the headband and hard surfaces, then a barely damp cloth for marks that need more help. Keep liquid away from the microphone opening, inline control, and connector.
Care for the cushions
Wipe the cushion surface lightly and let it dry fully before wearing the headset. If the cushions are removable, follow the manufacturer instructions rather than pulling at the seam.
Keep the microphone clear
Use a dry cotton swab around the microphone grille, never inside it. Store a detachable microphone separately when the headset is in a bag.
Finish with the cable
Coil the cable loosely instead of wrapping it tightly around the earcups. Tight bends are harder on the cable than a relaxed loop.
